Our third Certified Professional project with VSP Developments Ltd. is an exciting, mixed-used, light industrial building, located in the heart of “The East Village”. The interior designer for the project is VictorEric Design+Build.
The project features a concrete parkade, steel structures, CLT roof, and Hambro structural floor joist system. Potential tenants are expected to be a brewery with tasting room and production offices.
